Astrorashii is intended for adults aged 18 years or older. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Astrorashii lets you create an account, save your birth profile, calculate and view your Vedic Kundli, and receive AI-generated astrology interpretations through topic consultations. Some features require Question Credits, a separate purchase or a paid plan.

Astrology interpretations are traditional and interpretive. Astrorashii uses artificial intelligence to generate personalised interpretations from calculated chart information and consultation context. These interpretations are not scientific predictions or guaranteed outcomes and may be incomplete, inconsistent or incorrect.

Astrorashii must not be relied on as professional medical, legal, financial or mental-health advice. You remain responsible for decisions you take and should consult an appropriately qualified professional when professional advice is required.

Chart accuracy depends heavily on the accuracy of your birth time. An approximate or unknown birth time can materially affect the Ascendant, houses and interpretation.

Keep your login credentials confidential and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity that takes place under your account.

Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass entitlement or payment controls, access another person's data, automate abusive request volumes, or use Astrorashii to harass, defraud or harm others. Do not enter another adult's detailed birth information unless you have their permission to do so.

One Question Credit covers one new topic consultation until that topic is reasonably resolved, including clarifications and directly related follow-up questions within the same consultation. A materially new topic requires another Question Credit.

Question Credits are an internal unit used to meter consultations. They may come from a purchase, an included allowance or another eligible entitlement. They are not money, a cash wallet, or a transferable or withdrawable balance.

The system may reserve a Question Credit while preparing the first response to a new topic consultation. If the system records that first response as failed, the reserved usage is released and the failed response does not consume the Question Credit. Directly related follow-up questions within the same active topic consultation do not consume another Question Credit.

The applicable product price, GST or other applicable tax, total payable amount, currency and what the purchase includes are shown before payment. Prices and product offerings may change for future purchases, but a change does not alter a purchase already completed.

Promotional or introductory pricing may be offered for a limited period. Any such price applies only as displayed for the relevant purchase and does not guarantee that the same price will remain available in the future.

Payments are processed through the payment processor shown at checkout. Astrorashii grants paid Question Credits, subscription allowances or other paid entitlements only after the payment has been verified by the server.

If payment status cannot be confirmed, do not make another payment for the same purchase until the status has been reconciled or you have contacted support. A payment attempt by itself does not create an entitlement.

Where a subscription product is offered, its price, included allowance, billing period and applicable renewal or cancellation terms will be shown before enrollment.

If a payment fails, is duplicated, or succeeds without the purchased entitlement being granted, contact support so the transaction can be reviewed and corrected.

Where a refund is approved for an unused paid entitlement, the corresponding entitlement may be reversed. If the entitlement has already been used, the request is reviewed under the applicable refund terms and consumer law. Nothing in these terms removes any mandatory consumer right available to you.

The Astrorashii name, design and software are owned by the operator. Your birth details and your questions remain yours; you grant us the permissions needed to operate the service for you.

We aim to keep Astrorashii available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Accounts that abuse the service or breach these terms may be suspended. You may request account deletion from Settings. Normal app use is blocked while a human administrator reviews the request. After review, profile, birth details, charts and conversations are deleted or anonymised, unused Question Credits and entitlements are removed or forfeited as applicable, and the sign-in account is deleted. This is not instant. Only records required for lawful retention are kept separately in minimised form.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Astrorashii is provided for informational, entertainment, guidance and self-reflection purposes and the operator is not liable for decisions taken in reliance on astrology interpretations. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and your mandatory consumer rights are preserved.

When these terms change materially we will update the version and effective date and, where appropriate, ask you to accept the updated terms before continuing.
